For us, what started out as Pawpaw’s frying batter, mixed by hand in our family-run seafood market in Donaldsonville, LA, has grown to bring great taste to tables all over the South. His dedication to quality products, attention to detail, and carefully selected well-blended flavors are what drew customers to our small town market. Memories of delicious fried catfish and shrimp as a treat at the end of a long day, gathered around Pawpaw telling old stories or bad jokes, set the stage for a legacy to be passed down for generations to come.
